Returns & exchanges
It can always happen that you want to return something. Please contact us first via info@hobbydraad.nl . We will then provide you with the correct return instructions.
You can use our model withdrawal form to register your return. This is not mandatory; you may also register your return by email.

When can you return something?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
You will receive the full order amount back, including the standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment. Only the costs for returning the item to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.95 per package. Please consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.
We will refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that the product has been returned.
Chemical and organic products
Chemical and organic products can only be returned if the seal has not been broken.
These products are prepared and packaged per order. We do not accept returns of opened or partially used chemical and organic products, as we can no longer guarantee their quality, safety, and effectiveness.
Important: never return chemical products on your own initiative.
Private individuals may not simply send chemical products via post or parcel service. This applies to both opened and unopened packages. Therefore, the return of chemical products may only take place after prior contact with us and exclusively in accordance with our return instructions.
We may refuse returns of chemical products sent without prior authorization or without our return instructions.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In some cases, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This applies to, among others:
- products manufactured according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
- products that are clearly intended for a specific person;
- products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection, safety or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
- products which, after delivery, are by their nature irrevocably mixed with other products or substances.
Problem with a product?
Do you think a delivered liquid, crystals, or other product contains a defect? Then please contact us.
We will then check, where possible, the batch from which you received the product. We can also check whether similar problems have been reported by other customers.
If there is indeed a problem with the product, we will provide a suitable solution. If the problem turns out not to originate from the product itself, we will help you, where possible, to find the cause in the application or working method.
Does your return request not meet the above conditions? Then please contact us. In some cases, we may still be able to accept a return.
