The sealer is very suitable for protecting conversion coatings, galvanized objects or for the storage of bare metals. <\/p>\n<p>The transparent film penetrates pores and recesses, expelling moisture and leaving a uniform, polar, non-conductive protective layer. The film remains stable at high humidity and elevated temperature. DeepSeal is usually safe on plastic, rubber, paint and some silicones (test first)  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The DeepSeal metal oil sealer is a professional, water-repellent and anti-rust sealer for durable protection of bare steel, iron and conversion coatings such as <a href=\"https:\/\/hobbydraad.nl\/en\/category\/chemical-blackening\/\">black oxide<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/hobbydraad.nl\/en\/category\/finishing\/patina\/\">patina<\/a>, or to be used after electroplating for extra protection of the applied metal. To be applied to dry or wet metal. Meets US MIL-C-16173D (Grade 3) requirements for water expulsion. Apply to wet or dry metal. After the black oxide process, preferably seal directly from the rinsing bath without drying the object.  <\/li>\n<li>Apply Deepseal by immersion or with a brush, cloth or sponge.<\/li>\n<li>Leave on for 2\u20135 minutes, then allow excess sealer to drip off.<\/li>\n<li>Let the object dry.
